Placing an order
After placing an order our sales representative will contact you by e-mail with confirmation and payment method details.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by direct deposit into our bank account or payment by cheques (subject to clearance period)
Delivery
A delivery and handling fee applies to all orders. Goods are sent at the purchasers risk using the
shipping method of your choice. We will use the most cost effective method of shipping. For heavier or
urgent orders we recommend that a courier service be used. All goods will be well-packed before
shipment. However, we take no responsibility for goods damaged during shipping.
Kits cannot be returned for a refund due to difficulty of examining every part. Only defective parts will be
replaced, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase and confirmed defective.
Parts that have been soldered and/or leads shortened are not eligible for replacement.
Warranty
General components in the kits such as transformers are guaranteed for 12 months.
Tubes warranty is 3 months. Warranty period begins from the day of shipment.

We can not be held responsible for damages or injuries incurred through the use or misuse of the
components supplied. Carelessness or inexperience could result in DEATH. If you are not
sure what you are doing, you should seek proper technical advice from someone with experience
in the field or by contacting our office for further instructions before proceeding with the
assembly of the kit.
